How a claim works.

  1. Step 1

    Contact support

    Email info@cheryindustrial.ca or call 1 800-765-0877 with your invoice number and photos of the issue.

  2. Step 2

    Ship to our service center

    Send the unit to our service center. Shipping to us is at your cost.

  3. Step 3

    Inspection

    We inspect the unit within 3 business days of receiving it.

  4. Step 4

    Repair or replace

    For a confirmed defect, replacement parts ship on the 4th business day and we cover return shipping.

Coverage
1 year from purchase on all equipment. Batteries are not covered.
Loaner unit
Available on request while yours is in service. Shipping for the loaner is at your cost.
Not covered
Damage from improper use, overloading or unauthorized modification.
Out of warranty
Repairs are available. Parts, labour and shipping are at your cost.
